Scavezzatrice meccanica - Zilender. This machine was made in Germany in 1890. One has been kept by the Museo Della Civilta Contadina, San Marino Di Bentivoglio, Bologna, Italy. This museum grows and rets hemp as part of their living history exhibit. This machine is still able to break hemp but shoots hurds in all directions. Schlichten greatly improved upon this work.
